Return – Refund Policy

We thoroughly inspect your products before they are shipped to Cameroon and are committed to delivering high-quality, fully functioning products. Moreover, we will double-check with you before you collect them.

We will only swap items or refund you if it is determined that:

  1. Your product was damaged while being handled by us.
  2. We delivered a product completely different from what you requested or ordered.
  3. No factor other than the product quality caused it to malfunction within 7 days after delivery (you may request a swap or refund), or beyond 7 days after delivery yet within the warranty period (you may request repairs).

THEREFORE

  1. You must inspect the product in our presence before signing the collection receipt. Once signed, claims for physical damage or missing items must be supported by photos taken at the time of collection.
  2. The product must be used, installed, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Damage caused by improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or use outside specified conditions makes the warranty void.
  3. Returns or swaps require the original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and any included gifts to be returned in complete and undamaged condition. Missing items may result in a partial refund or rejection of the claim.
  4. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of discovery for physical damage, and within 7 days of delivery for functional defects. Late reports may be accepted at our discretion but do not guarantee a swap or refund.
  5. All claims must include clear photos or videos of the defect, the product serial number, and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to request the product be returned for inspection before approving any remedy.
  6. Certain products (e.g., custom-ordered items, or products marked “final sale”) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
  7. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or agreed alternative. Swapped items are expected to take the same number of days to delivery as the original item.
  8. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage from power surges, accidents, or natural disasters.
  9. You agree to cooperate with our troubleshooting and inspection process. Failure to provide requested information or return the product for inspection may result in claim denial.
  10. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, shipping disruptions, or political instability in the destination country.
  11. Our determination regarding the cause of the issue and the appropriate remedy is final and binding, based on the evidence provided and our inspection.
